As quickly as we came.The light bouncing off the key dangling from her necklace was perfect. Street lamps lit up our path, disappearing over the crest of the hill. The road was cracked and rocky in places, threatening to break through the soles of her socks worn thin from the walk. Our walk. Three of us. Me, her and him. Our footsteps our music.
